An Orion Plant Services Turnaround Team Leader provides leadership throughout all phases of a turnaround and major outage working closely with all groups across a plant site.
The Turnaround Team Leader is responsible for optimizing turnaround outcomes by executing safe, Zero-Incident projects within budget, on schedule, and ensuring that the required operability is achieved.
The Turnaround Team Leader is responsible for facilitating the work scope development, preparing detailed planning packages and schedules, and managing the execution to completion of both small and large projects.
Interaction with operations, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, EHS, and plant operations, as well as client senior management is a key component of the job requirements.
